Treatments

  • Ayurveda :

  • Ayurveda is science of life. It deals with the entire creation with special emphasis on the biology of life. Since life is always existent in this world in one or other form, so is truth of ayurveda; as quoted in ‘Charaka Samhita’

  • Why should one go for Ayurvedic treatment ?

  • 100% natural, thus very minimal/no side effects.

  • Completely cures the root cause of disease, thus prevents reoccurrence.

  • The only science which not only deals with the curing and prevention of the disease, but also helps in preservation of health.

  • Ayurveda is fast & cost effective treatment when whole treatment time and cost is taken in account.

  • Ayurveda treats in accordance with WHO definition of health,[ ‘health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well being and not merely an absence of disease or infirmity’ ] e. it treats the person as a whole and not a single disease.

  • Prognosis in ayurveda (Sadhyatva- Asadhyatva)

  • Ayurveda defines treatment as a process by which the imbalanced ‘dhatus’ are balanced with the help of ‘Chatushpada’, i.e. Doctor, Drugs, Nurse and Patient.

  • Ayurvedic philosophy advocates 4(four) types of prognosis for any disease. The principles & factors which determine prognosis of a disease is very different from the principles of other sciences. Thus it can be said that “a disease which is undiagnosed or untreatable in a particular stream of science , can be diagnosed or can be treated with ayurveda”.

Detox water therapy :

Apparently, for old and serious diseases, as well as modern illnesses, the water treatment had been found successful by a Japanese medical society as a 100% cure for the following diseases:

Headache, body ache, heart system, arthritis, fast heart beat,  excess fatness, kidney and urine diseases, vomiting, gastritis, diarrhea, piles, constipation, and menstrual disorders.

METHOD OF TREATMENT:

1. As you wake up in the morning before brushing teeth, drink 640 ml (21.6 oz) of water;

- The water must not contain fluoride;

- There is another version of this therapy on Yahoo! News, but they recommend drinking in the morning 1.5 liters (50.7 oz) of water. In my opinion this is a deception, because drinking too much water is dangerous to your health:

"The opposite of dehydration is a condition known as hyponatremia (...) which means "low sodium" and is sometimes referred to as water intoxication.

Drinking too much water in too short a time overwhelms the kidneys and can cause a sudden drop in blood sodium levels. Sodium is one of the body's electrolytes (the others are potassium, chloride and bicarbonate). A drop in sodium leads to water entering the brain, causing it to swell. Results include lethargy, disorientation, confusion, seizures."

"Rapid intake of too much water floods the inside of cells when sodium is depleted. This sodium depletion, called hyponatremia, can rupture the cells, either from extra pressure on the cells from without, or from pressure within flooded cells.

Generally speaking, we hit the danger zone when we take in more water than what our kidneys can process in a hour. And for someone with extremely healthy kidneys that is about 30 oz. of water in a hour (please don’t drink that much!). Drinking too much water in rapid succession can prove fatal and should definitely be avoided."

2. Brush and clean the mouth but do not eat or drink anything for 45 minute;

3. After 45 minutes you may eat and drink as normal;

4. After breakfast, lunch and dinner do not eat or drink anything for 2 hours;

5. Those who are old or sick and are unable to drink 4 glasses of water at the beginning may commence by taking little water and gradually increase it to 4 glasses per day;

6. The above method of treatment will cure diseases of the sick and others can enjoy a healthy life

People often associate the term detoxification with alcohol, drug, and substance addiction, though it's also a common method for losing weight: hence, the name "diet detox." Put plainly and simply, the aim of detoxification is to eliminate all the negative effects on the body from the environment: industrial chemicals, pesticides, additives in our food, secondary smoke, pollutants, and heavy metals included. Nowadays, people adopt internal detoxification to keep their body systems in pristine condition.

Internal detoxification targets the kidneys and colon, the organs involved in flushing chemicals and toxins from the body.

WHY DETOXING?

Detoxification is one of the best holistic ways to keep your mind and body healthy, from easing unexplained headaches or back pain to aiding memory loss, strengthening  brittle nails and hair, defending your body against allergic reactions, and flushing dangerous chemicals and drugs out of your system.Another benefit of detoxing is liver, kidney, and blood purification that wouldn't occur on a regular diet. When the immune system gets stimulated, the hormonal system experiences a boost too, reducing the body's dependency on substances such as sugar, caffeine, nicotine, or alcohol (AKA our biggest frenemies in the health realm). 🙏 🙏 🙏

LONG-TERM DETOXING

Long-term detox programs should include, but are not limited to, dietary changes such as avoiding meats, high-carbohydrates or sweeteners, plus eating more vegetables and fruits or garlic. Drinking fluids—water, vegetable and fruit juice, herbal tea—and taking vitamins or  supplements can help to flush toxins from the system, but exercise (such as yoga and tai chi) can help regulate stress and energy levels, too. For alternative therapies, try homeopathy, acupuncture, or hydrotherapy—taking a hot shower for five minutes and following up with 30 seconds of cold water. Likewise, other stress-relief methods include massages, herbal soaks, and meditation. Ohhhhm.

  • Query solution

   It’s not the knowledge that leads to an experience, but its the experience that leads to knowledge.

All your queries related to life, be it your personal life, professional life or spiritual life, are part of your mind. All the solutions you will ever found, either from outside, or from within, too is part of your mind.

The queries and its solutions emerge from the mind. The mind can raise any query, the solution of which is available in the mind. Apart from queries and solutions of the mind, the existential reality of life is different from the queries and solutions of the mind.

The existential reality is all about experience. You experience life. The query and its solution is the game of the mind. The life that you experience has nothing to do with the queries of the mind.

When you connect with life at the point of experience, all your queries and its solutions dissolve from the mind. The state of enlightenment is an experience. All the queries of the mind is solved out of experience. The experience is the only solution for all the queries of life.

Remember the part of the mind that raise the query, is always the surface reality of the mind, while the solution or experience takes place, from much deeper part of your mind.

The mind is like an ocean. On top of it, you might experience the waves, and these waves sometimes turns into a different forms of queries, but at the base of it, there is always a silence.

The solution emerge from the deeper part of the mind.Now the question arise, how do I connect with the deeper part of the mind. Just be silent in the moment. The mind doesn’t like to raise the query, but also wants to figure out the solution on its own.

It’s just like waves trying to catch the running waves.

You can never reach to the solution of your query with the engaged mind. If the mind is engaged with something else, than its fine, but if the mind is engaged with the same query, you simply move away from the solution, or you make the solution to sink deeper.

The mind has been designed in such a way, that as soon as you raise the query, and allow the query to sink deep in you, sooner the solution will arise from within.

The purest state of mind is nothing but pure intelligence. More you keep your mind engaged with different experiences and impressions of life, more you keep yourself away from the higher intelligence.

  • Healthy life guidance

Healthy Lifestyles, summarizes evidence-based practices which can be used to assess, advise, seek patient agreement, and assist patients as they work towards healthy lifestyle behaviors (lifestyles related to physical activity, tobacco, alcohol, nutrition, healthy thinking, and sleep).

We expect that individuals and systems will use this guideline in various ways, depending on their needs and interests. We outline routine brief interventions supported by the evidence for all patients (i.e., helping patients become tobacco-free, helping patients recognize and modify hazardous drinking patterns). For the other healthy behaviors, we outline evidence-based practices that clinicians and health systems can recommend to motivated patients (both what and how to recommend) through a process of shared decision-making.

By adopting the following 10 healthy lifestyle habits, you will be doing the best you can to prevent breast cancers, as well as lower your risk of other cancers, heart disease, and a wide range of other serious conditions.
